A wash-down a couple of times a year. Unlike timber it does not need sanding, staining or oiling, and it will not splinter or rot.
Can lighting be added later?
It can, but it is cheaper and tidier to run the cabling while the ground is open. We include a lighting plan in the design so the cable routes are built in even if fittings are added in a later phase.
Is artificial grass a good choice for a family garden?
For a lawn that takes daily use from children and dogs, a quality artificial grass on a properly drained base stays clean and green year-round. Where the lawn is more for looking at, real turf is often the better value.
